For small businesses ready to grow

Grow your business.
Not the chaos.

I help small businesses prepare for growth and reduce unnecessary manual work. Processes and data come first. Technology follows when it genuinely helps.

Two areas where I can help

Two ways
to work better.

You don’t need to know which technology you need. We can start with a conversation about how your business works.

01 / READY FOR GROWTH

More customers.
Without more chaos.

I help organise processes and information so that serving more customers and handling more orders does not mean more and more manual work.

Depending on the agreed scope, you will receive:
  • A clear description of how work currently gets done.
  • Identification of areas that need improvement.
  • A plan of changes, with priorities for implementation.
02 / AUTOMATION & PRACTICAL AI

Automate
repetitive work.

I connect tools and improve repetitive tasks: preparing documents, updating reports, transferring data and checking information.

Depending on the scope, the result may be:
  • Connections between the software you already use.
  • An automatically generated report or another working improvement.
  • A solution checked in everyday use.

We use AI when it helps carry out a specific task.

An easy problem to overlook

Your business can grow faster than the way it operates.

See how administrative workload increases as you serve more customers. The slider illustrates a simple scenario — it is not a forecast.

How many customers do you serve in a month?
100customers
10200

Move the slider. Assume that, in an illustrative month, you carry out the same task once for each customer.

Manual, fragmented workflow13 hr 20 min
Simplified workflow4 hr 10 min
Scenario assumptions: In an illustrative month: 8 minutes of manual work per customer, or 2 minutes per customer plus 50 minutes of fixed work. This is an assumed scenario, not a measured project result. The actual effect depends on the process; implementation time is not included.

Difference in this scenario: 9 hr 10 min

From my professional experience

Practical experience.
Real examples.

Shipping documents
Documents

Less manual document preparation

I built a tool that reduced repetitive tasks involved in preparing shipping documentation.

Schedule updates
Schedules

More efficient information updates

I improved schedule updates by reducing manual data collection and processing, using Power Query.

AI + invoice checks
Invoices & AI

AI for a specific task

I built a solution combining invoice data extraction, AI and price-list comparisons. It flagged pricing discrepancies for human review.

These examples from my previous professional work show how I approach process improvements and working with data.

How we work together

From conversation
to action.

We can start with one specific problem or design a broader change. The scope, pace and cost depend on your business needs.

01 ━

We talk

The first conversation is free. We discuss your situation and what you want to achieve.

02 ━

We agree on scope and cost

After the first conversation, we agree on the goal, scope and cost of further work.

03 ━

I analyse and design

I examine how work gets done and what data is available, then propose an improvement suited to the agreed goal.

04 ━

We implement and verify

The change should make everyday work easier, not just look good in a presentation.

Who is behind it

Technology is a tool.
Not the starting point.

I’m Paweł Kardasz. I know how businesses operate from the inside — through manufacturing, logistics and digital transformation projects.

I have built practical tools myself and designed solutions that teams later developed further. I combine operational experience with practical process design and implementation. People, data and how work gets done are my starting point.

Before we talk

Good to know

My business is still small. Is it too early?

That is often the easiest time to prepare. The goal is not to build a huge system in advance, but to prevent every new customer from adding more manual work. We tailor the scale of changes to real needs.

I’m not sure what needs changing. Can we still talk?

Yes. You do not need a specification. Tell me how your business operates and what you want to achieve. I can help identify what is worth examining first.

Do I need to replace my current software?

Not necessarily. First we look at what already works, where information becomes inconsistent and whether existing tools can be connected more effectively. New software is an option, not the starting point.

Do I need AI to improve my business?

No. Sometimes a simpler process, shared data or an integration is enough. AI makes sense when it solves a specific problem and uses reliable information.

Do you only advise, or do you also implement?

I can help at different stages: analysis and recommendations, solution design and implementation. What is included depends on the problem, budget and agreed scope.

How much does it cost, and what does the free consultation include?

In our first, free conversation, we discuss your situation and whether I can help. Detailed analysis, design and implementation are priced once we agree on the scope.

Start with a conversation

You don’t need a ready-made solution. Just tell me what’s getting in your way.

We’ll look at what can be simplified, what is worth preparing for the future and where to begin. The first conversation is free.
